Meet Gary Winer
Hi, I’m Gary.
I’ve been walking the self discovery path for over 30 years—studying, exploring, and most of all, experiencing the many ways we can come home to ourselves. My own journey has taken me around the world, from traditional massage schools to sacred plant ceremonies, from transformational retreats to spontaneous moments of truth in nature, through personal relationships, family dynamics and precious children, my mind, body and soul.
What I offer now is the integration of all that: a space where mind, body, and soul are met with deep presence and intuitive care.
I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk beside you, supporting your own unfolding, helping you remember your inner freedom, and guiding you gently back to the truth of who you are.
This work isn’t just what I do… it’s who I am.

Location
Our private healing space is nestled in the heart of a charming 1,000-year-old town in the Hemel Hempstead area, just 30 minutes from London. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, the Old Town offers a peaceful retreat with lovely parks, quaint cafés, and scenic walks. A short ten-minute stroll takes you into the New Town, while just south, the Chiltern Hills and Ashridge Estate provide breathtaking woodland trails and stunning views for those who wish to immerse themselves in nature.
For those traveling by car, we have ample parking available. If arriving by train, we’re happy to collect you from the station, or you can take a short 5-minute taxi ride. Home visits are also available upon request.
